Kim Tucker | CHAIRWOMAN & CEO

Kim Tucker started the company in 2014 alongside her husband. With over 10 years of business management experience, Kim has been deeply involved in every aspect of the company, from Operations to Accounting.

Kim has a keen grasp of the business and has overseen new client business to ensure strong growth for the future. Her interest in existing client accounts helps to ensure contract requirements go above and beyond what’s normally expected by her clients.

Tim Tucker | PRESIDENT & COO

Tim is responsible for the overall operations and business development of Monticola Security. As the co-founder of Monticola Security Tim has had success in multiple new business contracts. His original mission of the company was to provide superior professional security services with a wide range of service capabilities to clients. This standard has proven to be a successful and the desired model since their inception in 2014. Prior to starting the company Tim spent 25 years in law enforcement and ten years with a nationwide security guard company. For five years Tim operated and controlled 25 accounts in the southeast region and for five years he acted as the national business development manager.
